HR Executive Search was founded by Holger Rother after he had worked for almost 20 years in various executive search consultancies, and over the past 13 years had helped to set up an executive search consultancy.
With the aim of shaping his own culture and placing a special focus on the client, he has founded HR Executive Search as a spin-off of the former unit and started up with a small team.
HR Executive Search is committed not only to the client to reach a goal through trusting cooperation, but also advises the candidates/ dialogue partners honestly, fairly and in a way that is oriented to the market. Furthermore, we are continuously trying to improve our customer orientation and quality.
